Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original Adidas packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is inside the original shoe box.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
